    • A: ANVI Home customers pay through a payment request sent via Payoneer's Billing Service.
  • Q: Do I need to set up Payoneer account for checking out?
    • A: Signing up for a PayPal account is optional.  You can pay with your credit card number without having a Payoneer account.

  • Q: Where does your product ship from?
    • A: Traverse City, Michigan.                       
  • Q: When will my order be shipped?
    • A: Once we receive your order and payment, your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM EST).  Therefore, cancellations or changes to your order cannot be made after 48 hours.
  • Q: When will my order arrive?
    • A: All our packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail.  Depending on destination, the delivery time varies. Normally, shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver. 
  • Q: How can I track my order?
    • A: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.  You will be able to check the status of your order.      
  • Q: When is the deadline for 2017 holiday shipping?
    • A: We will ship your parcel by USPS Priority Mail.  Please place your order before December 19th to ensure that your package will arrive by December 25th.  Orders placed after December 19th will be shipped on January 3rd, 2017.

    • A: We value your shopping experience and your satisfaction is important to us. We also trust our customers, and make returns as easy as possible.  All items are carefully examined before we ship them out.  Products may be returned within 14 days. To return this item(s), please send your return to efulfillment service, Returns Department, 807 Airport Access Road, Traverse City, MI 49686. Please include this packing list with your return.. 
  • Q: When will I receive my refund?
    • A: Once ANVI Home receives your returned package at our office, we will inspect and issue a refund via Payoneer.  You will receive an email when your refund has been processed.  Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for processing your refund.  It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Q: Do I need to pay for return shipping fees?
    • A: If the item that you received is considered as damaged or defected, you will not pay for any return shipping fee.  Otherwise, you may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt and you will be responsible for your own shipping costs.  We recommend that you use your own trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for any items that are not delivered to our office.

  • Q: How should I wash my throw or blanket?
    • A: Please follow the instructions from the care label and remember to wash it in cold water and use a low heat setting in the dryer.
  • Q: What is the most suitable throw or blanket for me?
    • A: A throw or a blanket with short fur, like flannel fleece and printed faux fur, is suitable for covering your body because it is light-weight and soft.  If you would like to decorate your house or sofa with faux fur throw, you can choose a throw or a blanket with longer fur, like imitation lynx or fox.  These furs add a warm, rustic accent to a room.
